Online Dues Payment 2-13-2018

The Deerwood Subdivision Online Dues Payment application has been moved to the Homeside Properties website. You can access it at: < http://homesideproperties.com/ >

(1) After you access the Homeside website, click "Account Log In" and select "Register" to complete your new website profile. 

(2) Next click "Submit" to send your information to the system for checking. Your "Password" will be sent to you in an e-mail message.

(3) Use the temporary password to login to your account. You will see the Pay Assessment application at the top of the directory listing.
